Dishonest and lazy. Unfortunately I had to take my car in for a few warranty repairs. For one of the repairs, I had to call my warranty company, which I purchased from Hy Unfortunately I had to take my car in for a few warranty repairs. For one of the repairs, I had to call my warranty company, which I purchased from Hyndai when I bought the car, to make sure my service was covered. The service department told me that they called the warranty company and were told that they problem wasnt covered, however when I called, the warranty company had no record of any call from the service department regarding any coverage with my car. I was then told that the car would be ready in 2-3 hours after I dropped it off, for the second time. I called toward the end of the day to make sure I could pick my car up and they said it hadnt even been looked at because the warranty inspector hadnt shown up yet,he would be there in a 25-48 hour window. Nobody communicated this with me prior and I was assured I could pick my car up 2-3 hours after I dropped it off. I was told that the inspector hasnt ever just given them a time frame as to whenhe would show up before. When my car was finally done, nobody apologized for the inconvenience and I was told by someone different that that was how the warranty inspector usually works, he will give them a time frame window as to when he will be there. My whole experience was terrible. In addition, another issue wasnt even addressed as they said they couldnt replicate the problem. As it turns out, they didnt even drive the vehicle to determine what the sound was. I was fed up at that point and just left and I will take my car elsewhere to be looked at. You may be better off going out of town to a different hyundai dealership if you want any warrantly service done, Idont recomnend bakersfield hyundai. More
