With or with out appointments the wait is over 2 hours This time I made no appointment and it still takes over 2 hours for a simple oil change and basic check up. Well I only take my vehicle their because This time I made no appointment and it still takes over 2 hours for a simple oil change and basic check up. Well I only take my vehicle their because of the extended warranty I bought so I get free oil changes for now but once that's done I will be doing them else where. I can do the oil change in 15 minutes at home it's not complicated to drain the oil change the filter and fill it back with oil reset the oil light etc. You think I can my money back for the remainder of the extended warranty??????????? More
