Not quite as seamless as my trips to the Toyota dealership, but getting there. I managed to mix up my dates and came in for my service appointment a week early. Adrienne was spectacular, always has been, but the dealership themselves had me pay $700 for a service that shouldn’t have taken that long. Fantastic service! !! Joey Cortez was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns about me needing my car checked out to see what was wrong. Even though he stated tha !! Even though he stated that they probably wouldn’t be able to get to it that day, he sped up the process and had the service department get it checked out that very same day since I had told him that I couldn’t be without a car.
