The dealership needs to improve communication habits with the customer. I was left in the dark as the status of my car. No phone call was made to update me on the status of the car. My wife called a different service advisor and got notice the car had to stay overnight. This was at or near closing time. This communication is not acceptable. I should not have to call to find out the status. If there is excellent customer service the service advisor would call to inform me at every step of the process. This did not happen in my case. Took the car in for an oil change and waited in the lounge area thinking it would not take more than one hour. Once the car was completed, no one told me and I waited for over 2 hours. Finally had to lounge area thinking it would not take more than one hour. Once the car was completed, no one told me and I waited for over 2 hours. Finally had to ask about the car. That's when I was told I would need brakes on the front and could I wait for the repair. By that time, I needed to leave and made another appointment for the brakes. Hopefully the brake repair will not take that long. Keeping the client informed should be of great importance to Hyundai if you want the clients to return. More
