Routine maintenance. Scheduled an appointment for 9:15am. My car was ready for pickup at 3:00pm! Customer service when I called at intervals 2 hours, 3 hours, and 4 hours to inquire when my vehicle was going to be done we’re HORRIBLE. Tatiana was not helpful at all. She put me on hold and never came back to the line. I called back and asked to speak with the manager and was told that he was not available. This was my FIRST visit post new car purchase to the service department. Not looking forward to returning. More

This is my 3rd Hyundai purchased at Bakersfield Hyundai and they always provide great service. They are prepared to welcome the customer and offer water bottle and coffee and snacks. Feel cheated, bad battery and cannot be covered under warranty. Battery test among other things was not performed during last month’s service, now am told you are one month out of warranty and have to p warranty. Since battery gradually deteriorates I should have been notified of it at least. I have doubts that my vehicle was serviced last month as I had to top up even the coolant a week after service. I had a voucher for service with a free wash and that too wasn’t done. Am disappointed with Hyundai right now. More
