Next time I'm buying Audi Beware this dealership is a classic fraud! Sold me 2 cars but lied and now our credit is screwed! I will not be using this dealership again. I had been searching for a new car for months, and lets face it my credit isn't excellent but good. When I came into Bakersfield Mazda I was greeted at the door by a nice gentlemen named Carlos Hernandez h face it my credit isn't excellent but good. When I came into Bakersfield Mazda I was greeted at the door by a nice gentlemen named Carlos Hernandez he showed me exactly what I was looking for which was the CX9. I test drove it and after all the different features were explained to and shown to me, I knew this was the car I wanted. I was then walked over to finance where a nice lady named Maria helped me with all my paperwork and then I was out the door with my New Car yay!!! I have bought a new car before and I must say Bakersfield Mazda made this process really smooth and pretty fast. I received a phone 2 days later from a very helpful woman in Customer Service and she made and appt. with me to come in and pick up a free gift so awesome and I made my 1st service appt. so yes you could say I am one happy customer!!! I purchased my very 1st new car here from Bakersfield Mazda a brand New Mazda 6. The Salesmen who helped me David Soudah, could not have been more helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted and asked Mazda a brand New Mazda 6. The Salesmen who helped me David Soudah, could not have been more helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted and asked for. I recently took my care into there Service Dept. for an Oil Change, from the time I got there until the time I left it was an overall pleasurable experience. The Service Advisors Catrina & Bryan made sure that they kept good communication and contact with me about what time my vehicle would be ready, they also offered me a Courtsey Shuttle. The Customer Service was excellent, and since I have sent (3) friends since that have bought cars here also. Thank You, Bakersfield Mazda for making me a valued customer and making me feel like Family!!! More
