I’ve been a loyal customer at Bakersfield Mazda for the past four years, regularly servicing my 2021 Mazda CX-5 without any issues—until now. A few days ago, I called to request an estimate for an AC servi past four years, regularly servicing my 2021 Mazda CX-5 without any issues—until now. A few days ago, I called to request an estimate for an AC service. The employee I spoke to seemed unfamiliar with the service, and rather than transferring me to someone who could assist, he placed me on hold and then disconnected the call. I followed up and requested to speak with a supervisor to address this unprofessional behavior. It’s now been 72 hours, and I have yet to receive a call back or any form of acknowledgment. This experience was disappointing and completely out of line with the level of service I’ve come to expect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training and accountability moving forward. Customers deserve respect and transparency—not to be brushed off. More

Dented the rear bumper of my CX-5 In least than a year my Mazda CX-5 broke down. I have it towed to Bakersfield Mazda for test and repair. After 3 days they called that my car is ready In least than a year my Mazda CX-5 broke down. I have it towed to Bakersfield Mazda for test and repair. After 3 days they called that my car is ready for pick-up. When I picked up the car a noticeable dent on the rear bumper was made. I call the attention of the asst. service manager to the incident. Since I live in Los Angeles and Bakersield Mazda had no body shop, a note acknowledging the damage to the rear bumper and will reimburse with their local dealer to cover charges was written an d sign. After more than a month after I submitted the estimates and my many phone calls which they promise to return which they did not, still no action. For all of my purchases of new car, I have never experience a total breakdown like the Mazda CX-5 in not even a year plus the so so Mazda Bakersfield Service makes me wonder If I will buy another Mazda again. More
Oil change I waited 3 hours to get an oil change done. They give you a number to text/ call to get updates. after the first two hours I texted got no response. I had an appointment there should have been no reason to wait THREE HOURS! So annoying and unprofessional in my opinion. Should have been given at least a heads up that they were busy if it was going to take so xxxx long. More

GREAT SERVICE DEPT I took my 2016 Chevrolet Camaro to Bakersfield Mazda. My service advisor was Aldo Garcia.
