The sales person was useless, didn't listen to my need / wants and my wife and I couldn't get out of their any faster. Second dealer strung me along, tried selling me what I didn't want and after 2 day's of dealing with them I realized they were price gouging me. I knew I should of started at Bald hill Dodge first! I went on a Sunday and admit I did have to wait a bit due to how busy the dealership was. Once a sales person was free which was Derek, my experience was ace's!. When I sat with Derek I said, I want this truck and the only issue is going to be price. He said well the posted price is the price! Not these inflated discounts hardly anyone is eligible for as I found a lot of deals do just to get people in the door. Derek also got me a further discount just by simply asking who my employer was as Dodge/Chrysler has a partnership program with discounts for employees of specific business! Not once did either sales person at the other two dealerships inform me of this! Dealing with the finance department personal was a pleasure as well, very nice, made me fell like a valued customer. Once all the paper work was completed, Derek knows his vehicles! He gave me all the information I needed and more as he explained all the features of the vehicle and didn't rush me out the door. I'm never going to another Dodge dealer again as Bald hill earned my business and respect. More
