Mike helped my wife find a new Chrysler Town & Country which my kids love with the Rear DvD Screen for them to watch. Coming from someone who drove a Ford Edge, this car is well worth the money an Country which my kids love with the Rear DvD Screen for them to watch. Coming from someone who drove a Ford Edge, this car is well worth the money and we got a great deal and have many more features than the Edge did. Also she loves that the doors all open by remote and or button. If you have Kids this is well worth it. The third row is very spacious and this car has plenty of power as well. More

Lou Ruggieri was our saleman, and the service we recieved while purchasing our new vehicle was impeccable. Lou was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and very professional. He made sure that we recieved every rebate/incentive that the vehicle qualified for. He was NOT pushy at all and was VERY informative with every detail ...probably one of the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He handled everything from insurance to financing & registering the vehicle, and we were able to drive the car home the same day. Bald Hill is very lucky to have such a valuable employee. We would also like to say that this dealership conducted themselves in such a professional and curteous manner. It was a very friendly enviroment and was run very well. I just wanted to stop by and share a few thoughts about my recent vehicle purchase at Bald Hill Dodge, Chrysler & Jeep in Warwick, RI. Firstly, it was an extreme pleasure working with Sam D and Mike V; the my recent vehicle purchase at Bald Hill Dodge, Chrysler & Jeep in Warwick, RI. Firstly, it was an extreme pleasure working with Sam D and Mike V; these guys are truly industry professionals and their product knowledge is first rate. Oh, and did I mention that they were extremely courteous and never once did I feel like I was being pressured into making a purchase. When I arrived at the dealership I knew that I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but I really wasn't settled on the exact features. Well the guys at Bald Hill had this covered; they had an excellent selection of Jeeps in their inventory and had many trim levels and price points to choose from. Sam and Mike took the time to walk the lot with me and gave me the opportunity to test drive several Grand Cherokees before I finally settled on The One. Working through the various terms of the deal (price, trade-in and financing) was also a great (surprising) experience. Sam and Mike really were motivated to work with me and at the end of it all I actually felt like I had gotten a great deal; we were south of the sticker price, they treated me fairly on my trade-in and they actually got me a great interest rate on my financing! I took delivery of my new Jeep the following day...Mike and Sam took the time to do a thorough walk through with me, covered all the aspects of the post-buy services offered at Bald Hill...and then handed me the keys to my brand new, freshly washed and fueled up Jeep Grand Cherokee. This was an awesome car buying experience...I would definitely recommend Bald Hill to my family, friends or anybody that's in the market for a new car...they're that good! More

I can't say enough about the Bald Hill Dodge team! This is my third vehicle purchase from them and I just can't imagine going anywhere else. I went in to have an oil change and while I was waiting I went up to say hello and check on the current specials, I had been looking to get back into an SUV. I was interested in the Grand Cherokee, but after Lou asked me about a payment I was looking for, and I what I wanted in vehicle options, it was just too much. I appreciated that honesty. Lou suggested the Jeep Compass and fortunately for me,on this rainy/snowy night, they had both a Grand Cherokee and a Compass in the show room. Lou helped me compare the vehicles and he worked with Steve Crosby to get me the best deal. I feel they gave me the best trade value for my PT Cruiser and they worked out financing with Steve Rodrigues. As they did this, I kept looking at both vehicles and they were totally right - price wise and size wise, the Grand would not have been the car for me. It was late, near closing time, so I was prepared to come back and pick up my new vehicle, but Lou said I could take it that night - no problem! He even made the call to switch my insurance over! He prepped the new car, I cleaned out my old car and then I watched him drive it off the show room floor. All of this in a matter of a few hours! I was not expecting to be able to drive home with a new vehicle that night, but this team made it happen.
