My experience with purchasing a new Grand Caravan was very positive and professional. I meant Paul as I walked in and right away felt very comfortable with him and his approach. I bought a brand new 2009 Dodge Charger and couldn't be more pleased. The customer service was excellent & the environment was comfortable and inviting. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I bought an Intrepid 10 years ago from Bald Hill and had a good experience then.This is truly a dealership that stands by its name. I will definately go there again in the future. I went to BALD HILL DODGE on December 18th. It was around 3:00 and I probably waited about 10 minutes, just standing there, I was just about to leave and here comes Dave, huge smile, and immediately helped m 3:00 and I probably waited about 10 minutes, just standing there, I was just about to leave and here comes Dave, huge smile, and immediately helped me. When I told him that three guys had walked by me or saw me without asking me if I needed any help, he was very apologetic. He immediately took me to the trucks, after all I was ready to drop 25,000 in cash on a vehicle. The guys that walked by me probably felt really bad considering that they just lost a sale. We looked at all the trucks that were in stock, but no go. I told him it was sapossed to be a surprise for my significant other, and that when he found what I was looking for to call me asap so that I would have it for christmas. Within 2 days dave called me on my cell phone to tell me he found the perfect truck for me. Boy, was he right!!!!! I test drove the truck and fell in love. I now am a proud owner of a Brand Spankin Used Dodge Ram 1500, Quad cab, Laramie .....and yes it has a Hemi!!!! Whoo, hoo. This truck is awesome! We had one issue with it, a small latch on the hood was missing. We went to the service department and we were told it would be a week to order the part. We asked them very kindly to call Dave upstairs for us, well as soon as they got off of the phone, our truck was taken inside, and 10 minutes later we were good to go. Whoo, hoo again!!!
