Bought a new car last year and they were awesome went back this year and ended up walking out. Now it’s Just another Typical car lot, even the salesman Jason that sold me my SUV last year left them, and honestly that’s why I went back.They had pulled our salesmen away from us multiple times for whatever reason we felt like we didn’t even matter to the point we couldn’t even start a conversation it was so often. I mean honestly is that how you treat a customer spending 40k? They left me with no urge to buy Anything from them in fact I will not even be back not even for service. More

Only my second time there but it is my last. I asked for a full detail and an oil change. What I got back was dirt still in car and a scratch on my driver side window. So I took it back and was guaranteed by the supervisor that she would over look the recon herself. Well the car smelled clean at least but same dirt spots still there and was told that my window being damaged there was nothing that could be done. At least the second time I went to get the car done again I did not have to pay for. Both times I went within a week mind you I asked for a fob key. First time I made the appointment they ordered the key on the phone with me. I got the car back the first time they had no idea what I was talking about. So when I brought the car to be detailed a second time I was told they would program the key. Again I got the car back and no fob key. More
