When I woke up that Friday morning, I had no idea I was going to buy a beautiful Subaru Crosstrek. I was in the market for a vehicle, and had always been interested in a Subaru, so I did an internet search going to buy a beautiful Subaru Crosstrek. Baldwin Motors had the best selection and an compact SUV that looked great and had the perfect price. I called to inquire, and Cierra prompted me to come in and take a look at it because it would move quickly off the lot. Great thing I listened to her! As soon as I arrived, I fell in love! Cierra connected me with Tyler, and we got the ball rolling. I was in and out the door within 2 hours! Tyler was genuinely attentive and extremely knowledgeable about my SUV. I loved the tour of the service area. By the time I got home, I had an email with my first complementary oil change and tire rotation, six months from purchase date. Kathy in the service department is a gem. Darrin in finance set me up with the paperwork proficiently. I didn’t catch the pit boss’s name, but he got me 1.9% financing through Subaru, and it was a done deal. What a great group of professionals at Baldwin Motors! More
