Great experience Called ahead to see if a car I viewed online was still available. Mediocre experience, could have stepped it up. So I went in to look at a specific vehicle. I came in knowing what I wanted and there were able to work with me as far as numbers that worked for me. Im 24 years old and it seemed like they just brushed me off due to me being young. The salesperson (Shawn) was blunt and did not care about the delivery of the vehicle nor did he seem to care. Went I went to pick up the vehicle the tank was extremely low and I had to drive 2 hours back to where I live from the dealership. I worked at a Hyundai dealership and its frowned upon heavily if you do not fuel the vehicle up that someone is purchasing. All in all this dealership was mediocre and I had to wait about an hour to even be greeted when I went to pick my car up because Shawn wasn't even there. I purchased this vehicle in January but the experience stuck. Don't bother with used vehicles at this dealer, they only care about their brand which is Buick, gmc or Chevy More

Horrible service department I ve had problems 4 out of 5 times at this service center. I had oil chnge last week . asked for no tire rotation, they did it anyways. Called and they told me to come in Saturday at 730 to take care of it .Already 1 hour 5 minutes to put tires back,..plus they charged me for rotation...asked 10 minutes ago for my car...The techs answer "They should be done...there just switching the tires back. Never coming back More

Most dishonest dealership I have ever encountered I recently purchased a car from Balise and there was a little noise coming from the front end. I asked the salesman about it and he said that it was r I recently purchased a car from Balise and there was a little noise coming from the front end. I asked the salesman about it and he said that it was road noise coming from the brand new tires and that it would go away. I asked that it be checked out during the pre-purchase inspection and he said that he would do that. When I picked up the vehicle, he said that everything checked out and that the vehicle was in great shape. I did not put very many miles on the vehicle until about 3 months after I had purchased it when I went on a long road trip. On the road trip, the noise continued to get worse until it became unbearable and I knew something was wrong. I took it back to Belise (after the 3 month warranty was up) and it was their word against mine. They told me that the noise that the salesman had assured me was tire noise, would cost me $1250 to fix. If something goes wrong after the warranty, I have no problem paying for it, that is part of the risk of buying a new car, but this problem existed prior to them selling it to me, and it had to be obvious to them that this was an issue. I was assured on two separate occasions that it was nothing to worry about, and here I am now with a large repair bill for a problem that began while the vehicle was in their charge. It does not get more dishonest than this. Avoid these lying cheats at all cost! More
