If you can avoid Belise Ford like the plague! I live on the cape and needed to buy a new car. I also spent thousands of dollars to get the extended warranty. The Service Dept. is the WORSE!!! 5 Hour commute to be lied too This started when i Went back and forth with the Manager and sales rep. on a used 2008 Porsche Cayenne i had been searching for. Before taking a 5 hou This started when i Went back and forth with the Manager and sales rep. on a used 2008 Porsche Cayenne i had been searching for. Before taking a 5 hour round trip to the cape, on my only day off ( a Saturday) and having to deal with cape traffic. I insisted, before taking that trip, if i could be approved for this vehicle (average credit) with a $2500 down payment (vehicle was $11,995). i was assured by 2 employees that i would be financed no problem, especially with that down payment (i had previously submitted a credit app prior, online). So, i went to the bank, took money out and made the trip. I wasn't in the showroom for even 5 minutes. before i was told they could not finance me due to mileage (only 120K) which in today's day and age means nothing. (considering we just re-financed my wife's 06 BMW X3 with 140k on it with DCU at 3.99% interest...) The sales person (female) didn't even try to reason with said finance person (if it was a manager, shame on him) instead, they tried to offer me some other crap box cars on their lot.. moral of the story, this dealership will say anything to get you in the door, to try and sell you a vehicle of their choice (junk box fords, GMs etc). I wasted almost a whole Saturday (my only day off, as i work police/fire/ems) for no reason when i had specifically asked prior to my travel of approval. I have purchased many cars, from other dealerships. i thought i had a bad experience prior, but this one is on the top of my list. Worst experience with a dealership Ive ever had. More
