I've had my Lexus GS 350 serviced at Balise ever since I bought it there over 10 years ago. I've always been happy with the service people I've dealt with. In particular, Adam Dziewit has been great to work with. He's very professional, personable and fair to deal with. Adam is also very knowledgeable about my car. Several weeks ago after returning from a trip, I started my car, which had been sitting in the cold at the airport for several days, and I noticed that my engine light was on. The car ran very rough on the drive home and it was very noisy. I was worried that it was something serious. The next day I called Adam and explained what happened. He asked me some questions about what the car was doing and how it sounded and he pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone. He said that it sounded like there may have been a carbon buildup and that sometimes after a high mileage car sits idle for a few days pieces of carbon can break off and get trapped in the engine. I'm pretty sure that Adam's diagnosis was right, as the engine light went out on it's own the next day and the car ran smoothly once again. I brought it in for a health check a week later and Adam said that the car was operating as designed.
I always feel confident that if I ever have an issue with the car (which is rare) that Adam and the service team will take care of it.
