I received 30,000 mile maintenance today. For my Lexus RX 350x I asked to have the complimentary vacuum and car wash. I picked up the car and the vacuuming was awful. I spent close 650 dollars on service. The service area was empty and know one waiting for a car. I even drop off the car the night before after working at long day at the hospital. I even verified on the phone if it was vacuumed. I was told yes and that was what upset me the misinformation. This is the first time I received this service. I wasn’t happy . More
