Today I bought 2017 Lexus RX350 from Balise Lexus in Springfield, MA even though I live near Hartford, CT. I had a great experience! This place offered ‘the best price’ that was excellent and I didn’t need to negotiate. My salesperson, Aleesha Peters, was GREAT! She was very knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. Absolutely no pressure and very patient. She communicated with me throughout and worked very hard until everything was finished. Bill Gryszkiewicz, a business manager, was also WONDERFUL! I usually hate seeing business managers because they often have other interests but he was different. He was a ‘normal’ person and we talked about our family, etc. He obtained a loan through TD Bank for me which was much better than other places including Lexus Financing. Brian Shepard, a sales manager, gave me a fair trade-in value for my car as well. Overall, it was one of the best I ever experienced I ever had in buying a car!!! More

They want your trade-in for free I went to this dealer to purchase a car I found on line. It was most of what I wanted and I was willing to look at it and possibly purchase today. My trade in is fully loaded with low mileage and has a NADA value of over $7,000 retail price, plus trade in value of more than $5,000. They offered me $1,000 for my trade. I put more in the tires and brakes in the past year. I can't think of an option my car doesn't have. I went to Bertera down the street and they offered me $5,400 for the same car that Belise only wanted to give me $1,000 for. No thank you. You can get rich off of someone else. If you want to insult your customers, don't make me wait an hour to do it. This is my first time in this dealer and it will certainly be my last. More

James Maiolo went above and beyond in helping us buy a specific car coming off of lease from a friend of ours and made the transaction with transparency, honesty and speed. In the end, we felt confident in having made a good deal with Balise Lexus - a very fair price for a very fine car. The paperwork side of the transaction - from loan to registration to sticker - took no more than a couple of hours and was absolutely painless. Kudos to Bill Gryszkiewicz. With this experience, a similar excellent experience my daughter had last year buying a CT 200h and past service help with my 1997 LS400, I go out of my way to tell people how good Balise Lexus service is.
