This is one of the few experiences at a car dealership where I felt like I was being handled with integrity; up-front, hassle-free negotiation. No secret back room "I'll have to ask my manager" nonsense. And guess what, it was a good deal! They were right on with my trade-in value. Even the finance people were nice and that is a rarity. They had my car, with all the bells and whistles I wanted by the next day! Our sales person Issac was a gentleman. Would absolutely buy a car from him again. And the Lexus, well, the car speaks for itself. More

I owned my last vehicle for over 9 years, so car shopping was EXTREMELY nerve wracking. I don't like change. Period. So the thought of buying a new car, gave me a lot of anxiety. Before choosing Balise Lexus, I had been doing a lot of research on body styles, prices, and overall vehicle quality online. Once I narrowed it down, I knew I was heading to Balise because I am a big fan of their customer service. I was stuck between two vehicles, and one of them was the Lexus RX 350. A close family friend of mine had been working for Balise Lexus for a while, and I decided to check out that car first with him. I was totally overwhelmed by the luxurious customer service as soon as I entered the building. The car I was looking at was already in front and ready to be shown when I arrived, and Isaac was so thorough, and answered every little question I had. After looking at other Lexus mid-sized SUV models, I finally decided on the 2016 RX 350. The prices were unbeatable! I was so excited to know that I could afford this beautiful luxury car! But the excitement didn't stop there. I was blown away by the atmosphere, how laid back everyone is and how informative and "not-pushy" all of the people I encountered were. The Lexus owners lounge was the coolest thing ever. They really cater to their customers by offering several coffee and tea options, pastries, sandwiches, cold beverages, and even a small dining area. The computer cafe was awesome, too! I just can't talk more highly of this dealership. By far exceeded any expectations that I ever had in a dealership. More

I I spent all day calling every Lexus dealer in the country looking for one specific car with very specific components under a very unique situation. I connected with Katharine, who had already prefaced her call with a descriptive email. Let me tell you, you can really learn A LOT about a particular dealership and it's level of quality by how you are treated on the phone. I can't even start counting how many were totally unprofessional but I can count the ones who stood out and Balise almost made me feel like I was there AND comfortable. Katharine, as were all of the other employees I could hear in the background, was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. No matter the outcome of my search for my one true love, I will always remember Balise. More

Awuful Had a check engine light go on on my wife's 08 Lexus rx350 . Had an independent mech read code , p0015 exhaust vvti . Not a big deal but I called Lexu Had a check engine light go on on my wife's 08 Lexus rx350 . Had an independent mech read code , p0015 exhaust vvti . Not a big deal but I called Lexus just to let them know it came on ( and went off ) usually not a big deal but once in a while could be major repair . They said I had to bring to Lexus dealer and have a cert tech read it . ( ok I get it ) brought in to dealer advisor ( Brenda ) said ok 1hr labor have a seat . I did . After exactly 1 hr ( imagine that ) she gave me my print out from their cert Lexus tech . It said I have a dead battery ! really I still have the print out to prove it . Must replace battery and go from there . I'm not making this up my report from my cert Lexus tech says replace my dead battery ( oh also they recommend a whole host of other repairs totaling over $2300 !) including a new rear strut for $765 , they said was leaking , I brought car to my mech put it on a lift and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the strut ! I said to Brenda how can my battery be dead I just DROVE THE CAR HERE ! Asked to speak to service manager , he was off for the day . Made appt with him next day . Drove my truck and met him next day , he says where is car and I told him u guys are totally incompetent and will never touch our Lexus again . He did offer to give me back half my money . I told him why you guys weren't have wrong on the diagnostic . He said that was the best he could do . I told him to keep it ! Next day I called Lexus they gave me a $300 voucher at any Lexus dealer , needless to say we won't be going back to Balise . Do yourself and your Lexus a favor and stay clear of these guys !
