It is not uncommon to listen to an ad or commercial from a dealership expressing their concern about customer satisfaction but it has not been my experience until working with Joe Clark and staff that I hav a dealership expressing their concern about customer satisfaction but it has not been my experience until working with Joe Clark and staff that I have experienced the above in the purchase of a vehicle. I initially purchased a used vehicle that had engine difficulties that were unknown to me or the dealership upon purchase of the vehicle. From the beginning the dealership expressed that they would do the right thing and they did!!! I was given a loaner vehicle for use during the interim period and when the vehicle's engine could not be fixed, we decided to purchase a new vehicle. Joe and Peter worked with me and Henry,the service manager followed up and provided me with information along the way. I can only say that the end result was the most positive experience that I have experienced and I will add that every staff member was courteous at every point in the saga. The integrity of folks at Steve Lewis is outstanding and my wife and I are completely satisfied with the outcome due to the dedication and collaboration that we experienced. Thanks! Mike More
I just purchased a new Suburu legacy and I'm very happy with it. The blue tooth is clear and when I listen to books on tape, it instantly connects to the book on my phone or iPad. I especially would like to thank Griffin Paquette for helping me pick out the car that suited me best. Though her job is internet sales, she was there to take me on a test drive and show me a car that both met my needs and color choice. I have purchased 2 used vehicles since March 2012 from John Acadia and I have found him to be easy to work with. He is helpful and while you can tell he would like to upsell you some he is happy to make John Acadia and I have found him to be easy to work with. He is helpful and while you can tell he would like to upsell you some he is happy to make sure you get the right fit for you. The thing that was less than awesome was that it took us close to 4 hours each time to test drive 2 or 3 vehicles (maybe 15 min each at max) 15 min to decide on the which one we liked so maybe 75 minutes to make the decision then another almost 3 hours of haggling with the sales mgr to finally get into the paperwork. Perhaps I'm just a pain when buying but after about 2 1/2 or 3 hours in the dealership I'm just ready to leave and walk away. Nice guys with a nice selection, fair prices but SLOW. More
