Steve Lewis Subaru was a wonderful experience for me overall. I walked in the door only knowing that I wanted "a Subaru." If he did not know the answer to my questions off the top of his head, he admitted it readily and would get back to me within the day with the answer. For this reason I felt I could trust him. I also worked with two other Subaru dealers, but in the end, Steve Lewis Subaru offered me the best deal. More importantly, however, I was impressed by the quality and honesty of this particular dealership, nevermind the price. In appreciation of this I would give Steve Lewis Subaru my business any day and recommend others do the same. For me it is important to invest in quality business, quality products and good people - not just the cheapest price. Of course, I couldn't be happier with my new Subaru Impreza. It's everything I want in a car - and yes - a whole lot more. More

John was very friendly from the time we got to the dealership for a test drive through the time we finished with the sale. He was able to answer all of the questions that I had concerning the new car dealership for a test drive through the time we finished with the sale. We had a very good experience overall and the staff at Steve Lewis was very helpful ironing out the issues I had with getting everything changed over from my previous car to the new one.There was an issue with my insurance company trying to get the paperwork needed and the staff there was happy to help me deal with them. Myron took care of all the paperwork for fiancing and he was great to work with; very friendly and knowledgable. More

I went to Steve Lewis Subaru to test drive either a 2012 or 2013 Subaru Impreza. I spoke with Jesse on the phone and via email about a used 2012 Impreza that was sold before I could come in. I ended up test or 2013 Subaru Impreza. I spoke with Jesse on the phone and via email about a used 2012 Impreza that was sold before I could come in. I ended up test driving and loving the 2013 Impreza. Todd was great on the test drive and discussing the details of the car. There was a small glitch in the registering of my car because I was out of state which took an extra day, but the dealership put in a bunch of time to get car registered properly which I really appreciated. I am very happy with my purchase and will be returning for my next car some day. More
All of the members of the sales and finance team I worked with were great, Todd was friendly and helpful. He was able to get me the get exact the car I wanted for a fair price. If I go back there I will try to do business with him. I also recommended him to my family members who are thinking of switching to Subaru. My issue is with the service dept, I had a fair amount of optional items put on my car when I bought it. Some of the work quality seemed poor. One of the more important things that I got (a gauge for the turbo pressure) does not work and the installation was clearly done quickly with unsatisfactory quality (the trim doesn't line up, the rubber pad it was mounted over sticks out and oh yeah, it doesn't work). I think that I would have rather had them ordered the parts, give them to me and then I would have done the work for myself as I am knowledgeable and qualified. I will have to bring it in to complete the work, again. The people in the service dept I dealt with were very nice and treated me well, this is only a commentary on the quality of the work done. In summary, I would recommend the dealership if you are looking to buy a car, but I would recommend finding a more qualified mechanic for any work that needs to be done. More
