From the very start we were treated professionally and cordially by the General Manager, Joe Clark and his associates, namely Peter Lustenberger and Larry Flakes. Each of these individuals were knowledge cordially by the General Manager, Joe Clark and his associates, namely Peter Lustenberger and Larry Flakes. Each of these individuals were knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in leasing (Subaru Impreza Sport Premium car) and we were not hassled nor pressured into leasing the car of our choice. We were given ample time to test drive the vehicle and and when our decision was made to go ahead to lease the car, the entire process of of getting our vehicle ready for pick-up and turning in our present vehicle to another dealership was exceptionally quick and easy. We were able to pick-up our leased vehicle the next day-inspection, new plates, registration and having the car detailed was accomplished that same day. Can't say enough about the service and the way we were treated by all involved in the sale. We would, without any hesitation, recommend Steve Lewis Subaru dealership to anyone smart enough to either lease and/or buy a Subaru vehicle. More

Purchasing was no-nonsense. Was told no more or less than I wanted to know. The precise model & color was not in their stock, but they obtained one within 48 hours. Everything was done efficiently. I purchased my previous Forester from Steve Lewis in 2000, and their service department has kept it running well for 213,000 miles. Only a leaking head gasket (very expensive repair) inclined me to replace the vehicle. This is the first time over many cars that I have purchased the same brand, much less model that I was retiring. Todd is very nice and laid back; he doesn't try to sell you anything and he doesn't make you want to avoid the process of buying a new car. It does behoove you to shop around a bit first so that you know the prices you want, otherwise you probably aren't getting the lowest price that you could possibly get, but it will be a relatively painfree experience. I shopped around first, did the first part of the process with Todd and then finished out the numbers with Joe. With Joe I felt like I had to stay on my toes or I might lose the benefit of having shopped around first, but he was very nice, even hooking me up with some winter tires that a friend of his had. Note: I did a few test drives with Larry when Todd wasn't available. Even though Larry knew that I would be working with Todd, he seemed to go out of his way to be nice and accommodating, even taking care of a few things when Todd was busy. Larry definitely has a different style than Todd (more energetic), but he was no more pushy than Todd. More
