We took a ride to Steve Lewis Subaru just to look at the 2014 Foresters. This dealership was recommended to us by someone who recently purchased their car from Steve Lewis Subaru and the salesman Todd Gerr 2014 Foresters. This dealership was recommended to us by someone who recently purchased their car from Steve Lewis Subaru and the salesman Todd Gerry. They were so impressed with the dealership and Todd Gerry that we decided to check them out. We were greeted by Todd Gerry and spent some time with him talking about the new Forester and taking a ride in one. Our first impression of Todd Gerry was very good. He never pressured us into making a deal. He gave us the time we needed to look at the new Foresters and to make a deal. We know that he had to make the best deal for the dealership and also the best deal for us. He gave us enough time to make sure that we were satisfied with the deal. There wasn't any high pressure sales pitch which would of turned us off from purchasing from the dealership. When we finally made a deal with Todd, we visited the financial department to talk to Myron Callender. Myron is a wonderful young man whom we enjoyed meeting. He put as much pressure on us as was comfortable for us to handle and we appreciated his approach in handling a difficult subject. We knew exactly how we were going to finance our new vehicle. Myron gave an excellent presentation of the financial offerings that the dealership had to offer. We also met the Sales Manager Michael Teixeira who took care of a small problem in a change that we wanted (a Homelink mirror) in our new vehicle which had not arrived in time to be installed when we picked up our new Forester. Michael was concerned that we would have to make another trip to the dealership just for the installation of the Homelink. He had a mechanic come to home which is a considerable distance from the dealership to install the Homelink. WOW!!! We have never received that kind of service from any other dealership. Now we understand why Steve Lewis Subaru has so many great reviews from their customers. They truly go out of their way to make sure that their customer is satisfied. We had such a wonderful experience in buying our 2014 Forester from Steve Lewis Subaru and our salesman Todd Gerry, Business Manager Myron Callender and Sales Manager Michael Teixeira. More

He arranged for me to be able to drive the three different models that interested me. He answered all my questions without making me feel foolish. When I finally chose a model and came to pick it up he went over all the gauges and different parts of the dashboard and electronics in the door and steering wheel so I was familiar with where everything was located. The gentleman in the business office was just as thorough and made sure I understood the purchase agreement. He explained what came with the car and what everything cost. He also offered me different warranty coverages and explained the differences thoroughly, so I was able to make a sound decision and purchase what I could afford. More
Kim was not only knowledgeable and completely forthcoming but she volunteered to give up part of her vacation (not just a day off) to be there when I took delivery. I had heard good reports about Steve Lewis Subaru from friends, so I thought I would give them a try. The entire experience was welcoming, enjoyable, and professional from the first encounter onward. Kim Nall was an excellent sales agent -- very knowledgeable, engaging, and willing to go out of her way to accommodate my schedule and requests. I was able to meet with Steve Lewis himself, and I found that the deal they could offer me was significantly better than what other Subaru dealers were able to do. Best of all, they had the "perfect car for me" in stock. I love my new Outback, and since it is time to bring it back to the dealer for the first maintenance service, I look forward to having as favorable an encounter with the service department as I did with Kim and the sales department.
