While first browsing the parking lot looking for the new Crosstreks, I was disappointed there wasn't any on the lot with the few things I was looking for in a new car. I wasn't going to go into the showroom, but, for some reason, decided to.....and I'm SO glad I did ! While walking in, a salesman was holding the door for another customer to go out, and he smiled a very warm smile at me. I knew he was the guy I wanted to deal with. He introduced himself as John Acadia. Then I turned to look at the cars....and THERE SHE WAS ! My car ! I was ecstatic ! She had everything I was looking for ! John thoroughly explained all of the details of the car with his added knowledge of Subarus. He was extremely patient as he answered all of my questions with added friendliness. I felt like it was a memorable, fun, car-buying experience thanks to him ! ~ After signing some papers, we were directed to the finance office and were introduced to Myron Callender. He too, was patient, helpful, and very friendly. ~ With all that said, visiting Steve Lewis Subaru has been one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had ! Which makes me look forward to my first oil change......and, really?......what girl looks forward to her oil changes.....:-) More

The experience of buying a new car at Steve Lewis Subaru far exceeded our expectations. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional in all respects. My extended family owns 8 Subaru's and all but two were purchased at Steve Lewis Subaru. Besides the obvious preference for the Subaru model, the AWD, and the reliability; buying a car at the Steve were purchased at Steve Lewis Subaru. Besides the obvious preference for the Subaru model, the AWD, and the reliability; buying a car at the Steve Lewis dealership is not a typical car buying experience. They do not pressure you or try to sell you anything other than what you want. Jesse Bilodeau made buying my new Legacy and trading in my old one very easy and straightforward. I worked with Kim Nall on the purchase of my new 2013 Subaru Outbook with "Eyesight". Clearly, when spending $34,000 on a vehicle, one expects patience, attention to detail, knowledge about product, and Subaru Outbook with "Eyesight". Clearly, when spending $34,000 on a vehicle, one expects patience, attention to detail, knowledge about product, and excellence in customer service. Kim completely exceeded these expectations. She stayed very late on Friday, Feb. 14th with me, finalizing paperwork, showing me the vehicle in great detail, answering questions, handling my concerns, etc. I believe that the manager on duty that evening is named Kerry (not 100% sure about his name). He, too, stayed late and offered excellent customer service. And Steve Lewis himself, as always, called me on the phone the day before my purchase, and discussed the sale with me thoroughly, ensuring that I felt satisfied with the agreed upon price, including the price of my trade. This dealership is phenomenal and is well known and celebrated in the Pioneer Valley. Each and every sales person with whom I have dealt over the years has truly delivered in the way of customer service. My previous sales person from my last Subaru purchase, whom I believe is named David Hanks (not positive but I believe so) was also a fabulous employee and exceeded all expectations. What stood out about Kim when buying this current vehicle was her utter professionalism and patience. I had a few last minute concerns about the purchase. It was getting late and my last minute worries were unexpected to the staff and I imagine that they were frustrated with this. To look at Kim, you would think that she was nothing short of "delighted" to aid in the process of helping me to reach a place of greater certainty. Her professionalism was put to the test, and she received a gold star for poise and class! After all my questions were answered and we went over what I was comfortable spending, he then helped me narrow down my selection by color and options to fit my budget. Best car buying experience I ever had. Does not fit your typical opinion of the way car sales people are percieved. Great job Jesse and Steve Lewis Subaru!!! You have a dedicated customer here. More

Through all of this everyone I worked with at Steve Lewis was helpful, reasonable, and sympathetic. The service staff worked with me in compiling my service records and put me in touch with Subaru corporate, and they were able to offer me a little towards a new Subaru. Then the sales staff, including Todd Gerry (I've now bought three cars from him) gracefully and fairly negotiated a price on the car I chose. I couldn't be more pleased. My wife and I drove a few cars, aided by Todd's thorough knowledge of his cars, and we were very pleased with the entire process and our decision. More
