Basically I loathe buying cars. But in this case, Jesse made the experience, for the first time ever, pretty pleasurable. From me this is high praise. The test drive was fun. But Kim was absolutely wonderful in explaining everything I needed to know about my new Legacy in her wonderful southern accent. More

Compared to another local dealership, Patrick Subaru, the friendliness of staff at Steve Lewis was leagues ahead. My wife and I visited the office and Holly introduced us to John, who answered lots of questions about models of new and used cars and how they varied from year to year. he showed us models on the lot. he was very helpful without being forceful. Joe worked with us to get a deal on a 2012 pre-owned Outback that we really liked. Again, he was very friendly and helpful, and we did not feel like we were being hurried or forced into anything. both he and John gave us lots of information, and we made up our minds. Kerry was very helpful describing in detail the finance options and the various protection plans available. The experience was very enjoyable. we really enjoy the car and feel like the staff at Steve Lewis Subaru gave us all the information and help we needed to make the right choice. More
Steve Lewis Subaru was recommended to me by a relative who had a very good experience with this dealership. I am happy to say I did as well. To be honest, I was not looking forward to "car shopping" becau who had a very good experience with this dealership. I am happy to say I did as well. To be honest, I was not looking forward to "car shopping" because of past experiences but I lucked out with having Jesse Bilodeau as my salesperson. From the very beginning he put me at ease and was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny. I had somewhat of a long wait when I went to pick up my new car (problems on the end of my insurance company)but, Jesse made sure to check on me in the waiting room even though he was busy. He also brought me to the parts and service department and introduced me to several people whom I will be seeing for future oil changes and repairs. So, thank you very much for a very good experience in purchasing my new car.......finally! More
I have to say that I was totally blown away by this dealership. I was at Northampton Ford a little while before and test drove two cars. While I was there I walked around outside looking at cars for p dealership. I was at Northampton Ford a little while before and test drove two cars. While I was there I walked around outside looking at cars for probably 20 minutes before I ended up going inside to get help. A total negative in my book. It was about 1 minute after I left the Ford and went to Steve Lewis to try to get what I actually wanted, a Subaru. As soon as I got to Steve Lewis and opened the door I was greeted by Jesse. Unfortunately for me I didn't show up until they were about to close. Jesse took the time to call a loved one and tell them he would be running late to help ME with my needs. That was when I knew I had come place. A great feeling if I must say so myself. I felt as though this dealership welcomed me to their family when they were trying to find me the right car. Myron and Kerry were also great in their respective roles. Would I recommend this dealership to anybody? Absolutely. I already have 10+ times. I love my new car and am very happy to have a good relationship with the dealership I got it from. Thank you Steve Lewis Subaru, and thank you Jesse Bilodeau! More
