I made several visits ~ I found Todd Gerry very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He thoroughly reviewed the many different sales options available and fully explained all aspects of the ca professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my concerns and assisted in adjusting some final details (I removed the roof racks, etc.). The registration process was managed well including catching an error that my insurance company processed incorrectly. Gus started off with a slightly elevated temperature of salesman, but quickly settled back to 98.6 warm human. Gus is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and patiently answered any and all questions we had. When I found my attention distracted from a new Impreza hatchback to a used Prius on the lot, Gus did not try to keep me on the track of a new car sale, but very agreeably went and got the key for the Prius, and took us out on test drive; this after just having hosted us on one with the Subaru. Gus and the rest of the sales team-- I also worked with and was impressed with Kerry and Myron-- are trying hard to make the dreaded car buying experience a good and fair one, and this is much appreciated, because like so many, I have been through the getting drawn, quartered, filleted experience in the past. The experience with Steve Lewis Subaru has been a refreshing, welcome contrast to that. My only suggestion is for whoever fills out the specs for the used cars, to double check for accuracy, because a couple of things said to be, weren't. In sum though, I think I ended up with a fair deal, and everyone at Steve Lewis went out of their way to see it through and make it happen. Thanks! More

I really appreciated his thorough knowledge of the various models, and taking the time to tell me about them. When I finally made my decision and came in to make my purchase, Dave was on leave with his new born baby. So Kim stepped in to write up the paperwork and Myron helped me with the finances. Kim and Myron both have great personalities and it was a pleasure spending the time with them. All in all, the staff at Stever Lewis is very personable, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. More
