We had a really good experience with Steve Lewis Subaru. We worked with two different sales people (just by chance) and never felt pressured or like someone was trying to "up-sell" us. Jesse and all the guys who subbed for Jesse on his day off were all friendly and helpful. It's a first rate operation. Even the shuttle men were a pleasure. Jesse was an excellent salesman. He didn't pressure me to buy. When I said I didn't want certain features he didn't continue to push them. He listened carefully to what I was looking for in a car and made recommendations accordingly. Once I selected a car to purchase, we sat in the car and he went over its features with me in-depth. He made a great effort to answer all of my questions, even after I had already purchased the vehicle. He even came in on his day off to complete the sale paperwork because it fit better with my schedule! This was all around a great sales experience. More

There were NO high pressure tactics from either my salesman, Todd Gerry, or the finance person that I dealt with, Myron Callendar. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted by a staff member. I wasa waiting for Larry in the customer lounge and he took the time to introduce himself to me. Larry asked the right questions and took ample time to find the right Subrau for me. We took a test drive and Larry answered all my questions. Larry asked me what would it take to earn your business today,I replied and he wrote it down and presented my request to the management staff.He worked very hard to get me a great deal,and extremely impressed with Larry and very excited about the experience with Steve Lewis Subrau. On Saturday December 1,Peter Lustenberger delivered my Subrau and walked me through the paperwork process and set up my first appointment with the service department. Peter kept my Subrau inside until it was time for delivery because of weather conditions. Peter was very through with the entire Subrau from top to bottom and even set up my blue tooth system. Peter spent time with me so I have an understanding of my Subrau. I am extremely pleased with the entire car bvuying process and the attention I received from the entire staff. Gus Erskine was our assigned sales consultant and my wife and I found Gus to be exceptional in his overall knowledge of the product(s), his friendly disposition, and his willingness to go the extra mile to answer our questions, show us multiple times the different features on the car, and make sure all bases were covered during the whole process. Highly recommend Steve Lewis Subaru even if you are undecided. They will provide information without putting pressure on you for a quick sale on a car or additonal options. More
