We had a great car buying experience at Steve Lewis Subaru. We were very close to purchasing a two wheel drive luxury sedan from another manufacturer, but decided we should look at a Subaru because we Subaru. Subaru owners we had talked to were very happy with their cars. This was our first Subaru so we tried out several cars over the course of three different visits. Larry and Peter were patient and very attentive, as were all of the other folks at the dealership. There was no pressure to make a decision and when we knew exactly what we wanted it didn't take long to agree on a fair trade in value and purchase price. Myron took care of the financial details. When we took delivery Peter went over all of the controls and features, paired my phone and set up our first service appointment. We are very pleased with the way we were treated and with the patience and professionalism of all of the staff. We love our new Outback and I expect that we will be Subaru owners and Steve Lewis customers for a long time! More
My old Subaru finally died today and I had it towed to Steve Lewis Subaru. I purchased my 7th New Subaru from Steve Lewis and the 13th new car overall that my wife and I have owned. I can honestly say that the only company that I have ever dealt with that combines quality products with stellar customer service is Apple. I received an unbelievable deal on both the trade in and the new car. The truth is I had nowhere else to go but they still gave me a great deal. To top it off I got a four year .9% loan with no money down. They had an excellent selection of Outbacks and I tried all three styles. I purchased the maintenance program that includes free tires for the first 150000 miles which is also a fantastic deal for me as I drive about 40000 a year. I would strongly encourage anyone interested in a Subaru to visit Steve Lewis. I live 90 miles away and had my old car towed 60 miles because I have been treated so well for so long. More

We were told about Steve Lewis Subaru by our nephew. He said they were a fast growing company who really cared about what they do. My husband and I have always been "GMC" customers but decided to give Subaru a try since we didn't have any prior knowledge about these cars. We test drove several Subaru's. The drive and comfort was better than the Toyota's and Nissan's we test drove at a previous dealer. To our surprise we kept going back to the Subaru. We fell in love with a 2012 Subaru Outback, with leather heated seats! What else could we ask for.... We were introduced to Joe Clark who sat us down with John Acadia. From the start of our meeting we never felt pressured. John was pleasant to deal with and answered all of our questions. He even owns an Outback-go figure. We never felt like it was a quick sale and he made a point to let us know he was with us for the long haul. He said anytime we had questions or concerns we could call him. To conclude, I'd refer friends and family to Steve Lewis Subaru. I've been back to purchase accessories for the car and have been greeted in the same professional manner from the service department. I plan on having service done here also when the time comes - reasonable prices, comfortable waiting area and confident staff. If you haven't tried Subaru- you should, you won't be disappointed. I was looking for a new, fun, sporty, all-wheel-drive car. I had two vehicles in mind: the Audi A4 and the Subaru WRX or STI. I told him what I was looking for and that I would not be making a purchasing decision for a couple months when a raise at work would come through. Jesse answered all of my questions, gave me tons of information and invited me to test drive the car, which I did. I was quite impressed with both the vehicle and the service I received. (It was clear he did not judge me based on the beat up minivan I drove into the parking lot with). A week later, I went to Fathers and Sons where they sell Audi's. I was not greeted until I hovered over the salesman's desk and even then, I received only a cursory greeting as the salesman looked up from whatever pressing paperwork he was working on. I explained what I was looking for and my timeframe. When I mentioned the competition, the salesman said "Why would you want to look at that? It's a tin can." (Exact quote). I was not shown any vehicle and I was encouraged to wait until January to take a test drive. As it had been a week since I had driven the Subaru, and really wanting to drive a car that day, I went back to Steve Lewis Subaru where Jesse very kindly assisted me further and invited me to drive the car a second time which I did. Somewhat to my surprise, a week later I was promoted from Data Manager to Director of Data Management and the raise I expected in January came through immediately and was even larger than I expected, enabling me to buy the car immediately. I toyed with the idea of going back to Fathers and Sons to drive the Audi which I had also heard very good things about, but I thought about the service I received and decided that's not the place I want to form a relationship with at this point. Besides, I had fallen in love with the WRX...having been allowed to drive it twice already. I called up Steve Lewis Subaru and made a deposit over the phone, then went down two days later to work out the deal. Every person I encountered was professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend Steve Lewis Subaru and their staff to anyone. I am now the proud owner of a nifty new 2013 Subaru WRX. I really appreciated that. I first met John and test drove in September but told him I was not ready to make a decision and would not need a new car until it snowed. He then waited until I contacted him again -- he did not pressure me in any way. That's one of the reasons that I decided to go with the Subaru. I'm very happy with my new Subaru Impreza hatchback and look forward to many years of fun driving. More

Gus was attentive, friendly and knowledgable but never leaned on us in any way that made us feel uncomfortable. Secondly, we were impressed with the amount of time he seemed to be willing to work with us after the sale in order to make sure we were comfortable with the operation of the car. It was nice not to be sent on our way as soon as the deal was done. More

He made this car buying experience the easiest purchase I have ever made. When it came to the financial part Myron was great. He was very helpful and informative. He exlained anything that I didnt know made me feel secure about buying a brand new car. My overall experience was amazing and I will be a long time customer because of the outstanding service Jesse and Myron provided me with. More
