We bought a used Forester at SLS, they had several to look at and test drive. Vinnie, our salesperson, was very helpful and brought several cars to the door for us to take for test drives. I had an unexpected tire issue. I went in without an appointment due to the scary reading of my PSi, which kept going down no matter how much air I put in the tire. I was received with a warm and friendly welcome and they found a nail I did not see over a course of two days. The waiting room was comfortable and the service was top notch. They never reset the TPMS sensor when I have winter or summer tires installed. Which means I have to return 20 minutes later when the TPMS light comes on and wait while they reset the TPMS.
