This dealership is filled with incredible sales associates. Kerry , Jesse and Myron all put a huge effort in to get me the car of my dreams!! First, I want to thank Holly for all her effort and patience in finding the car I wanted. She always kept me updated, and I was very happy to receive the car after about 2 weeks of locating and orderi patience in finding the car I wanted. I believe she's in the internet sales dept., which I assumed would be limited in terms of the sales service (not just this dealership but all). In my mind, however, she was the best salesperson I had worked with after talking to others from several dealerships in New England. To re-emphasize, she always made sure my concerns and questions were addressed and communicated timely. I can't think of anything else one needs when looking for a car. I also enjoyed working ith Kerry, David Hanks, and Myron. They also kept me updated timely and addressed all of my concerns and questions. Kerry and David greeted and informed me on the day I first saw my car at their dealership. David helped me get used to driving and using all the tech's that came with the car. I felt comfortable and competent driving the car right away. Kerry worked with me on the lease and other documents. He was extremely patient with me as I was indecisive on whether to add some of the features. Unfortunately, I decided to add seat warmers after I left the dealership. However, he drafted another contract, which I could sign when the car was delivered (yes, they delivered the car to my work because I live in Boston, about 100 miles away from the dealership.). Myron, I believe, looked into all the finance aspects of my lease. Like others, he, too, kept me updated and even looked into things that were probably not within his usual tasks (e.g. checking with the service center to see if the seat warmers were finished, when the car would be delivered, etc.). What can I say about this dealership which is rated #1 Subaru Dealership in New England? It's the best, and my first car purchase experience was nothing but enjoyable. More
From my first contact on the internet to our picking up our 2013 Outback premium the experience was the best I have ever had. The price was right and I had worked with Consumer Report and the Geico Ins. buyer's guide so I knew what a great price should be. There were no bait and switch conversations. All options and packages including dealer installed ones were as promised and on time. Pete our saleman took all the time necessary to explain the car from back to front and althought there is still much to get use too, Pete was there to answer all questions and told us to call with any others. He will even be calling in a few weeks to check on our progress. He even arranged and paid for our first oil change. I dealt with seven other dealers from Rhode island to CT to Pittsfield, MA and Steve Lewis was the best by far. If our experience with Service is as great as sales, I will be with Steve Lewis for quite awhile. More

From almost the moment we came in, we were at complete ease with Dave Hanks, our salesman. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and funny. We would happily buy all our future cars from Dave. The dealership itself had a very energetic vibe to it. The waiting room, with its complimentary magazines, newspapers, beverages, and comfortable chairs, was the nicest place I've ever had to wait in for a car. I even appreciated that the TV was turned off. Thanks for making this experience much better than we'd anticipated. More

The minute I walked in the door, Gus greeted me in a friendly but professional manner. I laid out what I was looking for (a 2013 Outback) and what I was trading in (a car and a pickup), and we put every friendly but professional manner. After the drive, when I couldn't decide on color, Gus patiently brought down a second car so I could compare based on an actual car instead of just a color swatch. I was never made to feel as though I was putting anyone out, or asking for extravagant favors or considerations -- instead, I was made to feel that whatever it was going to take to make me a happy customer, SLS was ready to provide it. The next day, when I came in to finish up the deal, Larry went over everything Gus had started, and went with me for a second test drive. After that, Michael helped firm up the prices for my trade-ins (traded in two vehicles), and we struck a deal. Myron finished up all the paperwork, Larry set me up with a ride home so I could ferry my second vehicle back, and then finished up by thoroughly going over the car with me, putting the keys in my hands, and sending me away happy. The short story for me is that, with minimal pain, I was able to consolidate two limited-purpose vehicles into one very nice machine. I think if you wind up at Steve Lewis Subaru you're going to figure out that this is a different kind of dealership, one at which the customer's happiness is what matters. I'm a living example, and I love my new Outback. More
I am a single mother of a small child and did not have a lot of time. Justin totally got it and made every effort to get me in and out in no time. When I wanted to get a new radio installed in the vehicle before I brought it home, he found me the radio, amp and speakers in my budget and got the system installed for me! Who can beat that, seriously. Justin was straightforward about what he could do and what he couldn't, which I appreciated. His number one goal was my satisfaction, and I am most definitely satisfied, and grateful. He is a nice guy who is easy to work with, and I would recommend him and the dealership without reservation.
