After a decade of driving very used, very old vehicles, I decided that the year I turn 40 would be the year of driving something I actually enjoy. After hearing so many positive things about Steve Lewis Subaru, I pulled into the parking lot and decided to just go for it. I found the car that fit exactly what I was looking for: 5 passenger, manual transmission, sunroof, excellent safety and good mileage. It was a 2009 Mazda 3. I took "Betty" for our first ride and immediately fell in love. Compared to the 2001 Caravan I had been driving, it was a dream! Making that dream come true took a team of people. My credit took a terrible free fall after some pretty tough times. The finance wizards of Steve Lewis went so far above and beyond to get me a decent rate (better than I was expecting) and a monthly payment I could easily live with. Never once was I pressured into buying something I couldn't afford or didn't want. They simply went to work and made it happen. I can't say enough about the friendly, professional and all around terrific staff at Steve Lewis. I purchased a new Subaru Impreza from Steve Morris, and I had a terrific experience. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Corporate Subaru took a very long time to make my special order Impreza Sport Limited. Jesse and the rest of the team at Steve Lewis did their utmost best to try to find ma a vehicle similar to the one I wa order Impreza Sport Limited. Jesse kept me informed as to the whereabouts of my beautiful white Impreza as best he could, and when it finally showed up on the dock, he got it to me very efficiently. Steve Lewis Subaru has put together a wonderful team of associates, service technicians and managers. As an older woman approaching a "car salesperson," my past experiences have been so out of my comfort associates, service technicians and managers. The initial welcoming as I came through the door at Steve Lewis' Subaru by Jesse Bilodeau and the remainder of my visit proved to be fantastic. Jesse is a very professional salesperson with knowledge of his product, but most importantly, with an understanding and caring attitude of his client. I was not made to feel inadequate in my indecisiveness, but always felt that "yes, there is another alternative." Decisions were left to me after full explanation during every part of the sale. I was not made to feel that these decisions were incorrect. The sales manager went over all the financial papers thoroughly answering questions or concerns I would raise, and always with a very positive and upbeat attitude. I came away from this sale feeling more than satisfied with my purchase and with the new people I had met and dealt with through this process.
