My experience at Steve Lewis Subaru was wonderful. The sales department was excellent to deal with right from the beginning. They were pleasant to work with and very efficient. They were honest and gave us a fair price for our trade-ins as well as our new car. After purchasing the car, Jesse did an excellent job explaining every feature the car had to offer. You can tell that the employees at Steve Lewis Subaru are much more detail oriented than other car dealerships and want to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. The service department was good to work with as well. They have an excellent waiting room with comfy leather couches, tv, and plenty of Keurig coffee! I would definitely recommend Steve Lewis Subaru! From the very beginning Jesse was a great salesperson. I don't know about you but when I walk into a delaer I want to be greated but not feel as if I am being circled by sharks and I certainly DID NOT feel this way at this dealership. I ended up buying a Subaru Outback (new) and couldn't be happier with my selection of dealer and more importantly our sales person, someone who truly understands the meaning of customer service. More

My overall experience was fantastic! I initially purchased a 2011 Legacy, but, due to an electrical issue that was unresolvable, despite attempts made by the dealership, I was offered a 2013 at an a purchased a 2011 Legacy, but, due to an electrical issue that was unresolvable, despite attempts made by the dealership, I was offered a 2013 at an amazing price! When we entered Steve Lewis Subaru, we were greeted immediately and introduced to Justin. Justin was very friendly and listened to our requirements in the vehicle we wanted to purchase. The only thing he said that I didn't quite believe is that "I don't know what we have on the lot. The Impreza is very popular." It seemed to me that that info should have been on his computer. That being said, i do not fault his approach, because it worked. We are now the proud owners of a 2012 Subaru Impreza. It cost quite a lot more than we had planned to spend, but we are extremely happy with it and would have no problem dealing with Justin again. He is very personable and has a wonderful smile and was truly happy for us. More

Had a wonderful experience shopping at Steve Lewis Subaru! My sales associate Todd was so easy going, not pushy like other dealerships I've been to in the past.
