We had a very good experience at this dealer. All associates we interacted with were professional, prompt, and friendly. We did not feel pressured to make decisions and found the sales associates to associates we interacted with were professional, prompt, and friendly. We did not feel pressured to make decisions and found the sales associates to be very patient with our questions and concerns. Steve was very helpful in answering my initial questions over the phone. This was the main reason we followed up with this dealer. Justin was welcoming and helpful as we learned about the products Subaru has to offer. Peter was very skilled in listening to what we were looking for in a vehicle and made helpful suggestions. I would definitely recommend Steve Lewis Subaru. More

This was my first visit to Steve Lewis Subaru and I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had in buying a new car. I initially spoke with Steve on the phone and met with him later that da honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had in buying a new car. I initially spoke with Steve on the phone and met with him later that day. He was friendly, professional and very respectful. Not once did I ever feel any pressure to make a quick decision. He was very helpful and made me feel very relaxed during the entire process. I also dealt with Myron, the Finance Manager who was friendly and knowledgeable and made the loan process quick and easy. I was later introduced to Peter and he took over with the delivery of the vehicle. Peter was very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to explain everything to me and to make sure all of my questions were answered. He has even followed up with me to see how things are going and if there were any additional questions that I had. I could not ask for anything more from the great staff at Steve Lewis Subaru. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to my family and friends. They all do an awesome job and I am extremely happy with the experience that I had. More

When visiting family in the area, I was interested in getting a new vehicle. I'd heard good things about Subaru and found myself at Steve Lewis Subaru. Mr. David Hanks helped me find a vehicle suitable getting a new vehicle. I'd heard good things about Subaru and found myself at Steve Lewis Subaru. Mr. David Hanks helped me find a vehicle suitable to my needs. He was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I haven't lived in the area for almost 20 years, but in the last 10 or so years, I've bought 3 different vehicles from Dave (2 new and 1 used). Went to Steve Lewis after a bad experience at another subaru dealership. I was pleasantly surprised how different a dealership could be 25 miles away from the one i had a bad experience at. I had given up hope of finding the particular set of 2012 Subaru Forester features I wanted and was planning on ordering a 2013. A friend in Mass. found Steve Lewis for me. (I live in NH.) Peter Lustenberger Subaru Forester features I wanted and was planning on ordering a 2013. A friend in Mass. found Steve Lewis for me. (I live in NH.) Peter Lustenberger went out and found my car for me. As my old 2002 Forester had just had a terminal transmission-clutch failure, this really pulled my chestnuts out of the fire. Great job Peter! I had a great experience with this dealership. I hate shopping for new cars and this was the 2nd dealership I had been to, so at this point I was probably not the easiest customer to deal with, but overa shopping for new cars and this was the 2nd dealership I had been to, so at this point I was probably not the easiest customer to deal with, but overall I think I was treated fairly and purchased my new Impreza at a fair price. Jesse was very friendly and took the time to show me all the features of my new car, not to mention he helped me clean out my old car I was trading it (in the rain) - which is probably something he did not have to do and I have never had a sales person do that before! So overall I would recommend this dealership. The staff was very friendly and Jesse was fantastic to deal with and made the process much easier. More

The only thing that I didn't like about my experience is the recorded phone call I got thanking me for my purchase. A real person is always better especially when you make such an important purchase.
