I went to Steve Lewis Suburu because I haeard good things about them. When we got there Todd was the person to wait on us. I was looking for a used Forester and they had one on the lot that I liked. This car had 3 previous owners and I was nervous about buying a car that had been, for whatever reason, passed around. Also, I had never bought a used car through a dealer before and was nervous about that as well, wondering if I would truly get a fair price. I liked Todd immediately. He had a low key manner and I didn't feel like he was trying to push through my doubts and make a sale. At one point when I was hesitant about buying a car that had several previous owners, he said, "I know you haven't done business with us before, so you don't know us yet, but I want to assure you that Steve Lewis will do right by you." At that point I just decided to put my trust in Todd, because I felt like he had integrity and I could trust him. My experience with him and everyone else at Steve Lewis was so positive soon after my good friend and my sister, both decided to followed suit and bought new Imprezas through Todd. Steve Lewis paid me $100 for those referrals, which was apprciated. It's a great place and I will return there for my next vehicle. More

Dealing with everyone involved in the sales process was great: no 'hard sell', just friendly and competent assistance. Having done some research before I went in to buy, when they came back with the price of the car with my trade, I was very pleased. I like to haggle for a car but truly there was no reason to do this either time because the price was right on the money of what I expected or even a little better than what I expected to pay. It is with great confidence that I can recommend Steve Lewis Subaru if you are looking for an excellent car at a fair price. More

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I just purchased a Subaru Legacy 2.5si from Peter I just purchased a Subaru Legacy 2.5si from Peter Lustenberger. I had been driving Saturns, but since the company folded, I had to find a new manufac I just purchased a Subaru Legacy 2.5si from Peter Lustenberger. I had been driving Saturns, but since the company folded, I had to find a new manufacturer and dealership. Having done my research online and in Consumer Reports, Subaru was on the top of my list. I had a Subaru GL back in the 80's and drove it until there were rust holes in the floor, so I knew they had a great product. Peter was very attentive to this sale and patiently took me out for test drives, answered all my questions and was helpful without being too aggressive. I appreciated communicating with him via email, rather than getting many phone calls that come at inconvenient times. He clearly believes in the product he sells and he has sold cars for other companies. He was efficient in getting my sale expedited so I didn't spend a lot of time sitting around waiting for paperwork, etc. He also respected my priorities about what I did and didn't want in terms of the car, and didn't push the financing, which I did not want. He assured me that I can call after the sale if I have any questions or concerns. He also gave me a few "perks" like preferred customer status, which will benefit me for the life of the car. Peter is friendly and engaging. He has a passion for his work and the Subaru product line, which is evident in the way he works with his customers. I would send my family and friends to him , should they want to purchase a Subaru. I am also very happy to find a car manufacturer , a dealership and a sales person that I can work with for years to come. More
