I was extremely happy with the people at Steve Lewis and the deal I got. I was in the market for a 2012 Forester - not yet having decided whether to trade my 2006 Forester or sell it outright. I shopped two dealers in the area and found that I received more for my car at Steve Lewis and I learned more about the car itself from them. In the end, I made the deal on the phone with the manager, Myron Callendar, and completed the process with Dave Hanks, who was incredibly helpful. I would comment too on the atmosphere in general...no pressure, looking to hear what you have to say...what you need. This was my sixth Subaru purchase, so I know they are great vehicles, but I have now changed dealerships as well. I would recommend Steve Lewis Subaru to anyone in Western MA. More
The people at Steve Lewis Subaru were very easy to deal with, specifically Todd in Sales and Myron the finance manager. I never experienced any delays from there side, and when we encountered a few outside with, specifically Todd in Sales and Myron the finance manager. Having to buy a new car is stressful. In my case, the process involved my car breaking down and a week of trips to mechanics and rental-car agencies with little sleep. Kerry O'Sullivan and Gus Erskine at Steve Lewis Subaru performed like an offensive line for me, blocking the stress, which helped me make a decision. They answered my questions, weren't patronizing, didn't rush me and found boxes for me to load up the stuff I transferred from my old car to the new one. They were patient, friendly and flexible. In other words, they provided something a maddeningly shorter supply of companies is providing these days, and that's customer service. The truth is I hate having a monthly car payment again, but we all need wheels, such is life. They key is I really did get treated well by Kerry and Gus. More
I had gone to Steve Lewis Subaru after hearing good things about the dealership from my co-workers. I was immediately impressed with the sales service from Gus, and his patience and knowledge about Sub things about the dealership from my co-workers. Throughout the process, I was also impressed with how everyone works as a true TEAM. I cannot say enough about the help I received with the financing process after I made my purchase choice. It got even better when I called a few days later to follow up on questions that I had. Gus was not available, but the TEAM again, was there to support me...thanks again, Steve and Joe! More

I generally don't rate vendors or dealers because my time in usual purchases is very limited. This experience with Steve Lewis Subaru and in particular with Peter was wonderful.
