Our experience @ Steve Lewis Subaru, was a verry good one. All of the employes were verry polite and willing to work with us and try to get us the best deal available for our new car. Justin was helpful and honest in his knowledge of the car. We test drove it 2x and he was responsive to all my questions and concerns. We worked with Gus at Steve Lewis Subaru and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Gus was also very patient and kind. Peter helped us find a great used Subaru Impreza. This is our first Subaru after many Volvos and we found Peter to be very easy to deal with. He had a down to earth, low pressure approach while answering an our first Subaru after many Volvos and we found Peter to be very easy to deal with. We felt we were able to relax with Justin, and that made the whole experience a pleasant one. It wasn't that Justin was simply relaxed. He was very professional. We appreciated his looking professional- the whole experience a pleasant one. It wasn't that Justin was simply relaxed. He was very professional. We appreciated his looking professional- a suit and tie made a very good impression on us, indicating to us that he takes his work seriously. He was funny- we laughed a lot. He set a tone that made it okay for us to ask a lot of questions, and even if he had to look something up or ask someone, he got us answers, and made sure we had the information we'd wanted. He didn't try to steamroll us into a decision. We never felt pressure from him, like our time with him had to end in a sale. It felt like an open-ended process, a possibility we were exploring, and that he was sharing that with us. When we took the car out on a road test,Justin had a very playful sense of "adventure" at the same time that he was explaining very technical details. That combination worked well for us. we think of Justin as a friend more than as just a sales person. we feel lucky we got to share the buying of a new Outback with him. Thanks Justin for making it so much fun, and letting us feel like we are part of a "family"- Subaru people!! More
