Buying a new car is never easy. But we have to say that our experience at Steve Lewis Subaru was a completely positive one. The morning that we arrived in Northampton our intent was to visit two Subaru dealerships, the other being in Connecticut. But within a short period of time we knew that there was no reason to go any farther. The entire process was made easy for us. Our questions were answered and we felt extremeley confortable with Todd. He was not pushy but rather we found him to be honest and genuine. These qualities are what we look for when we decide to purchase a new vehicle. To us they are important because if we have no sense of that then why bother. Trust will never be there. We might also add that even the touchy aspect of buying a car, the financial part, was done in a professional and smooth manner. On the day that we picked up our new Subaru Todd was not able to be there and we were very nicely taken care of by a young man named Gus. He thoroughly explained all aspects of the car and was very patient with us as we attempted to grasp all the "how-tos on the vehicle. We look forward to future visits to Steve Lewis and we will not hesitate to recommend this dealership, as well as Todd Gerry, to our family and friends.
