Bought a used Outback for the second time from Steve Lewis. Love my first one and still have it. Traded in a Ford for another one. Prices are fair and I did a lot of comparing. We were pleased to see that finally, Subaru has come out with more attractive body styles. That wasn't what sold us though. It was the knowledge of the vehicle that Dave Hanks has, and the quality and price of the vehicle. We were pleased with the mpg that the Legacy gets and the technology and quality build of the vehicle. It's a solid and excellent performing vehicle, and that's very important to us. However, again, what really sold us was the knowledge of the vehicles that Dave has. He knows these cars inside and out. Hw took the time to explain everything about the Legacy. He is by far the best salesperson we have ever dealt with in 40 years of buying vehicles. (And generally, we're not big fans of salespeople.) He loves his product and takes pride in his job.
