My salesman,Larry Flakes was courteous, knowledgeable, and above all honest. At no time during the two weeks that we searched for the right auto did I ever feel pressured to buy anything but what I wanted. He did his homework and I did mine as a team. When the right vehicle came along he let me know right away and worked earnestly and honestly with Joe Clark to get me the most for my trade-in and the lowest price for the 2009 Outback Limited, which I purchased. Larry went out of his way to satisfy any questions I had about my prospective "new" car and even threw in a few extras that he knew from talking with me that I would appreciate. Once we decided on a price he moved as rapidly as possible to get me behind the wheel, including handling my plate and insurance transfer and inspection. I could not have designed a better experience. I shopped around at other dealers and I can tell you that none of them came close to the professionalism, knowledge, and obvious concern for my welfare than the staff at Steve Lewis Subaru.
