During visit to buy (another) car for daughter - f irst Sales Rep I talked to was very rude. Did not buy from him. Business Dept. did not follow what I asked them to do. I wanted to pay cash for a remot Sales Rep I talked to was very rude. Did not buy from him. Business Dept. did not follow what I asked them to do. I wanted to pay cash for a remote starter and be billed separately, instead they added $500.00 to the price of the car. Did not want it in the loan. Nowhere on the sales and loan agreement does it mentioned a remote starter was installed. Car purchased on 12/26 - on 01/03 got inspection sticker (not from Lewis) engine light came on next day, eyesight was disabled as well as other safety features - was told to check gas cap and after 100 miles the lights would turn off - appointment was made in case lights did not go off - they have not gone off as yet - appointment is 3 weeks out from call. Feel that this is important enough that car should be seen ASAP. I have been a longtime loyal customer of Steve Lewis (bought car & referred family/friends and have all my service done with them) and have been extremely disappointed during the last few encounters with them. Routine oil change without an appointment. As always, they were fast, efficient and thorough. All work completed in 45 minutes.
