They did a very quick walk-in 24K service for my 2018 Outback. I was in and out in under an hour. I have a problem with the transmission losing problem for a couple of seconds at a time. I know a intermittent problem is hard to find but Jessie said it could not be duplicated and there was nothing on the a couple of seconds at a time.
