They let me know when booking that it would take 6 hours and they could give me a loaner; I dropped the car off, got the loaner immediately. They texted me updates and let me know when my car was ready to g and they could give me a loaner; I dropped the car off, got the loaner immediately. They texted me updates and let me know when my car was ready to go. I wasn't able to get back until the next day and they said no problem. Came back next day, car was ready and perfect. Always a good experience here. I worked with Jesse on this one but everyone has always been terrific. More

I've swapped from another Subaru dealer to Steve Lewis and the dealership is awesome. Fast service and oil changes. The guys in service even showed me why my $300 starter wouldn't work, and how to make and the dealership is awesome. Fast service and oil changes. The other dealership service people just kept telling me it worked, not showing me what I was doing wrong. The manual instructions were NOT correct. My salesman, Rich Grono also has gone above and beyond for all my leases. He even swapped everything over from my old car to the new one every time! It's always a pleasure to go there. More
