Went to get an oil consumption test. “ we will have you out of here in 30minutes”. I wouldn’t have minded that it took longer than promised if I didn’t realize they had finished but forgot about me in the out of here in 30minutes”. I happened to glance outside where my car apparently had been there for some time. I asked them to check the oil cap because last time it was so tight the place I went to get oil (oil light went on), couldn’t get it off without a tool. It turns out it was again put on so tight the guy who checked me out had to get something to loosen it. This is a poor site. One has to rate one person before it accepts this review? No one I worked with is listed and I don’t know their names. I’ll have to make one up. More
