We also appreciate your return visit to address the issue and trust you're satisfied with the outcome. As we explained on your return visit; the alignment was necessary due to uneven wear (cupping) in the tires which would've resulted in an early replacement of any future sets of tires if the alignment didn't get adjusted. Since the alignment cost is less than that of a single tire, the alignment was recommended to you. We will do our best to avoid any confusion in the future. Until then I hope you feel satisfied with the full refund for the alignment. I hope the refund showed that it is important to us that you are satisfied with the work we perform. Our constant drive to improve is why Bert Wolfe is one of the longest existing dealerships under one name in the area.
