I have been taking my Altima to Victory Nissan since I bought it almost 4 years ago. I always deal with Gary. He is always friendly and ready to help me and any way. He understands that I am a mother o bought it almost 4 years ago. I always deal with Gary. He is always friendly and ready to help me and any way. He understands that I am a mother of two active boys who cannot always wait for my vehicle to be serviced so he will try and get me a loaner to use till mine is done. Gary also understands that we all have to budget our money and never pressures me to get any of the recommended services done that day cause he knows that I will usually get it done on my next visit. Gary really goes above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced and he is the reason I keep going back to Victory for all of my service needs even though I live in Va Beach. More

Gary always greated with a smile on his face and always answered my questions. When I would take my car in for service it was always done in a timely manner and was cleaned very well. A friend suggested that we visit Victory Nissan because she had had a good buying experience, we expected to see the usual fare. But the sales person Willie spent almost two hours showing us different vehi she had had a good buying experience, we expected to see the usual fare. But the sales person Willie spent almost two hours showing us different vehicles and their features, without pressuring us to make a quick decision. The staff at Victory clearly understands that people are making an important emotional decision when they buy a new car. Every bit of information we received at Victory was spot on accurate till the end, whether it was the price or our choices for an extended warranty. We are definitely going back to Victory for our next van or SUV. More

Gary Nelson is one of the nicest guys I've ever meant. He has always and I mean always greeted me with a smile. But me, I always asked for a hug. Everytime I brought my car in for service, everthing was tak has always and I mean always greeted me with a smile. But me, I always asked for a hug. Everytime I brought my car in for service, everthing was taken care of in a timely manner. There was always some type of comunication when it comes to your car. And I like that very much. When they return my car, its washed clean and ready to go. I want to thank Don also. He is very friendly and caring. Most of time I deal with Gary but when Gary is not around Don is there to pick up the pieces with a nice smile hug. That also made me feel comfortable and at ease. Ryan Hall and Tina were the best! Ryan went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. My car was fixed in a jiffy and was ready at the promised time. The service department is well oiled. The representatives are all knowledgeable and very accommodating. The turn around time is very quick, especially if you have an appointment.
