Worst Experience Ever! One of the worst experiences ever. I went in the dealership knowing the vehicle I wanted after reviewing the ad online for weeks. I came in, test drov One of the worst experiences ever. I went in the dealership knowing the vehicle I wanted after reviewing the ad online for weeks. I came in, test drove, and advised the price (though fair) I was willing to pay. Of course the sales person advised they wouldn't be able to honor the price. I left and days later I get a call from said, salesmen advising they would be able to honor the price. Only to be rushed into a room, with multiple managers and advised the salesmen, whom was no where to be found, had not gotten permission for the price he had quoted over the phone. Not only did they not honor the price point but I was made to feel as if I was being unreasonable for the offer that was accepted then retracted after they had me in the dealership. As a young woman, who works in corporate America, I am used to people attempting to intimidate me. But this by far was a planned tactic that I am sure backfired. The goal was to get me in a room, alone, and convince me on a price outside of what had been agreed on. Well they had another thing coming, not only did I not buy from them, I completely opted out of Nissan's period. Though for years I have been happily Nissan loyal, it allowed me to look to other car companies to mirror the same quality (or better) than I had been used to receiving. I decided on an Acura, and I couldn't be happier. This location needs to learn a thing or 10 about customer service. I am positive they have missed out on tons of business attempting to strong arm people into vehicles and payments they weren't comfortable with. I happy to say I am no longer Nissan loyal, Acura now has my business and I couldn't be more excited about it. More
