So nice I came back twice! I had recently purchased a new car from them a little over a year ago but due to a growing family I needed an upgrade. Horrible service I have a fix under warranty and it took two weeks to even get a call back after my initial consultation. Then once parts were ordered it took another I have a fix under warranty and it took two weeks to even get a call back after my initial consultation. Once my car was finally in the shop another problem was found and I left my car to be fixed and did not hear from them for over a day after leaving messages asking about when my car would be ready. Communication is very poor and many messages went unanswered. More

Dont use the service depatment I took my 2014 Nissan Versa Note to Nissan of Norfolk for about a year for regular maintainence. I have had two bad experiences with the serivce depa I took my 2014 Nissan Versa Note to Nissan of Norfolk for about a year for regular maintainence. I have had two bad experiences with the serivce department. I took my car for an oil change and presented a coupon for free tire rotation only to get home and find out they did not rotate the tires. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. I called the service department they said it did not need to be rotated. My tires had not be rotated for more than 6 months and in that time I had taken two long distance trips. My latest experience I bought a new Nissan Sentra which I was very pleased with the sales department. I took it back three weeks later for the free car wash and they scratched my car door and gave me a run around as to who is resposible Nissan or the car wash. I bought it to the attention of the sales person and sale manager when they gave me my car. I was sent on a wild goose chase between the Car wash manager and Nissan service manager of which neither returned my calls. I wont use the service department anymore. I'm done. Make sure you check your work and your car after service. Dont expect a response from them unless you complain directly to Nissan Consumer Affairs. More
