Great service - Oil Change this time around. I get all my maintenance work done at Barber Ford, and have since the early 1990s. This service department seems to me to be exceptional. They work hard to accommodate your schedule when ever they can, they provide a ride to work if you drop off your car in the morning, their prices seem fair and the work is high-quality and consistent. About 6 weeks later it happened again brought it back and Scott the guy I got it from pulled it around back and again said it just pulled out said they just snapped it back. I then said tape it so it doesn’t happen again so they said they did. It has happened again and now they said it’s the track and it’s going to cost me over 800.00 to fix. Very dishonest on there part and I won’t be back. Service guys were very nice but that doesn’t help me I am driving my car with the seat stuck in the back. I don’t have 800.00 to spend. I realize the car was used but this has been happening since the beginning they should have fixed it in the first place. More

Too long to get it fixed, and still not fixed. Well everything started in May of 2018, when I took my 2017 Ford Explorer Sports, for an oil change, and some employee ran my truck through the wash Well everything started in May of 2018, when I took my 2017 Ford Explorer Sports, for an oil change, and some employee ran my truck through the wash with the sunroof opened. And my truck got wet, my leather seats, touch screen and everything in between, now we’re dealing with the consequences of everything been wet, my touch screen freezes and won’t play music, driver side seat won’t heat up, and the back lights started acting up, I was driving to work around 6:30 am and noticed that didn’t had back lights, and I have proof of everything. So we took it to Barber Ford to get it fixed, and surprise they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the back lights, they fixed the heater on the seat and the touch screen, so finally we got the phone call, come and get your truck, yyyaaayyy so I started my truck and surprise I had no gas 26 miles to empty I was mad, and my husband started going around the truck and surprise a big scratch on the back bumper, I was furious, so we took it for a spin and fill it up with gas, and surprise the seat heater didn’t work, so the last thing to do was to play with the touch screen and surprise I try the ambient lights and didn’t turn on, so I kept playing with the screen and finally the ambient lights worked, but I touched blue and the lights were purple, and on top of everything going on I didn’t had any dash board lights. So we just entered the fourth week and nothing happened, everything they said that they fixed didn’t work, and they’re going to give me my truck back knowing that there’s a problem with the back lights, because they can’t figure it out. More

Darren and the service team did a great job, making sure I had very nice (new) loaner vehicles and did their best to get my truck back in a timely manner (assuming they were able to get parts from Ford). I will definitely use them in the future for all of my maintenance and service work. More

Go elsewhere! I am a long time Ford owner of many different vehicles. I love Fords. I was in town from out of state and my truck was towed in on July 4. I left 3 me I am a long time Ford owner of many different vehicles. I love Fords. I was in town from out of state and my truck was towed in on July 4. I left 3 messages on the 5th for the service manager when my family was stranded, but did not receive any return calls. I finally drove a friend's car to the dealer to find out what was going on with the truck. Troubleshooting took exceptionally long with very little communication. I had to call over and over to find anything out. No loaner was offered. On the 6th, they eventually claimed that it was a fuel pump( even though they found debris in the line after the fact) and quoted one whole week to get a fuel pump for an F150, the most common truck on the road. Since I could not wait a week for the pump, I called Ihle Auto Service, who called Ford to ask for a part number and ask a few questions. Ford must have realized that they were about to lose business, because they SUDDENLY could get the part the next day. I was told they could get the part the next morning and have the car fixed by end of day Friday, July 7. I called Friday morning to make sure everything was on schedule and was told it was. I did not hear any more from them until 3:30 when they asked me if I was towing anything behind the truck to get home. I said, "no" and the manager seemed happy with that. He told me they put the new pump in, but still couldn't get the truck running and told me he would call back in 5-10 minutes with no further explanation. 45 min later he finally called back. I needed to get the family home, so instead of offering me a loaner until it could be fixed, the Service Manager talked to the used car manager, who offered to RENT me a vehicle for an additional $300 on top of the $700+ in repairs! When we hung up he said he would call back again shortly. He called back just before 5 and let me know they got the truck running that they had found some debris in the fuel line and once they cleared it the truck started fine (possibly just the debris and not a bad fuel pump after all). They finally let me know it was done a half hour before closing time on a Friday. Now I'm sure they will post a reply asking me to call them to "make things right". Save your money and call Ihle Auto Service instead. More
