Great, great folks to work with! When I say my dealings with Barbera Chevrolet in Napoleonville, Louisiana would warrant seven stars out of five, it is NO exaggeration! Each was most accommodating to my every need. I knew what I was looking for, they had it, and worked with me to make the deal a reality. This dealership is a full four-hour drive from where I live, I found the vehicle through CarGurus (it was already rated as below market value). Katie and Chad made a deal I be foolish to refuse. I am certain I will use this dealership in the future. I had taken care of financing on my end. Chad found a financing option with a better rate than that which I had procured. When I got to the dealership, I made a bee-line to my 2018 4Runner and checked it out thoroughly. Katie came with me for the test drive through the quaint, picturesque streets of Napoleonville, telling me of some of the town's history, we went back to Barbera's signed papers and I was on my way!
