I was not happy with Caleb at all. I truly feel like he at the very least mislead me and probably lied to me with the price of my repair. I walked in to pick up my car expecting a bill in the $400-500 range. Instead it was about $2500. I questioned it and he stood there and told me he had told me it was going to be that much. I REALLY think I would have remembered a bill iof that magnitude. At this point I don’t feel like I can trust Caleb and would like him to never work on my car again. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and almost immediately they told me I needed new cabin and engine air filters—despite my OnStar app showing that both were in good condition. The morning after the oil change, my tire pressure sensor light came on, so I called the dealership, and they scheduled me for an appointment the next day. When I returned, I not only witnessed them trying to push the same cabin and engine air filter replacements on another customer, but they also told me the issue with my tire sensors was due to dead batteries and quoted me $300 to fix it. I declined and instead made an appointment at the dealership where I originally purchased my car. They quickly discovered that the mechanic at Baxter had simply reset the sensors incorrectly—the batteries were perfectly fine. Imagine if I had: Paid for unnecessary filter replacements without checking my app, and Spent $300 on a non-existent issue. Feels like a money grab to me. Good luck! More
