I was overcharged by almost $800 for an oil change and tire rotation on a Friday. The service center did not make any efforts to help me get my money back quickly. In fact the options they offered would h tire rotation on a Friday. The service center did not make any efforts to help me get my money back quickly. In fact the options they offered would have only delayed the return. Someone actually wanted to send a check. My husband was in the next day with the card and no one could complete the transaction to start the refund. Just not a good experience. More
